How does the heartbeat module work?
The heartbeat module is a compact electronic device that produces a soft, realistic pulse — similar to the rhythm of a resting dog’s heart. It sits inside the plush via a zip pocket and operates silently to your ears, but the vibration travels through the toy’s body into your dog’s chest as they rest against it. It runs on standard batteries.
How long does the warming pad last?
Each reusable gel warming pad holds warmth for up to 40 hours once activated. To reactivate, simply boil the pad in water for a few minutes until the crystals return to liquid. It can be reused indefinitely.
What size dogs is this for?
The comfort toy works best for medium to large adult dogs. The plush is sized so that a dog can press their chest or chin against it comfortably. Smaller dogs can also use it — the warming and heartbeat signals work regardless of size.
Is my dog grieving, or just bored?

Is the toy safe for dogs?
